The payment/delivery terms are as follows:

Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Greece.

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Shipping is free on all orders placed at the searas.pt online store

After confirmation of payment, orders are processed and shipped within a maximum period of 2 working days.

To guarantee the best prices, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers which are within the EU. The average delivery time ranges from 2, 7, 15, 25 or 35 business days. Delivery time is specified on each product page.

All possible orders have a tracking code which will be sent by email within 3 business days, as it will not be possible to select the shipping method. If the order is 2 or more items, they can be sent in separate packages with a tracking code for each one.

Deliveries are made through different carriers (CTT Expresso, Correio Express, GLS, etc.) to the address indicated at the time of purchase. They run from 9am to 7pm.

Exchanges and Returns

If you do not receive the purchase, we guarantee that you will receive a new delivery or purchase amount.

Returns must be presented in the original packaging of the items, and returns of items that are in the following conditions are not accepted:

Damaged due to incorrect assembly.
Improper use, damaged material due to incorrect use.
